Resistant to moisture damage - HardieFlex® NexGen fiber cement board sample passed 25 cycles of Heat-Rain Performance Test in accordance with the ISO 8336-2017 by TUV-SUB Singapore

FIRE RESISTANT

HardieFlex® NexGen fiber cement board sample tested received flame spread index of 0 and smoke developed index of 5 making this meet the requirement for a Class A interior ceiling & wall material, based on test done by SGS.

RESISTANT TO TERMITE DAMAGE

Resistant to termite damage - DOST test showed that there is no evidence of termite growth after 12 months of exposure to subterranean termites via the termite chamber method
