HardieFlex^® NexGen™ Eaves are mold resistant and serve both as a design enhancement and as protection against harsh weather. Properly designed and installed eaves also regulate the temperature and moisture levels under the roof and promotes better ventilation inside the home. It is fire-resistant and deemed to be non-combustible. At the same time, it is resistant to damage caused by moisture, termites and rotting. All of our boards come with a 10-year *product warranty.
